Our Commercial Property team acts on behalf of clients across the country in relation to complex and demanding transactions, including advice on all financing and funding issues. Our commercial property team is based in our Dorchester office, from where we deal with matters across the country.
We act on behalf of private individuals, small and medium size enterprises and national corporations and institutions on a wide variety of commercial property matters. We're currently acting for clients across the country ranging from town-centre redevelopments and business estates to major house building sites.
We work closely with your other professional advisers to provide a seamless service. We recognise that in many cases business opportunities need to be handled speedily and with extreme skill. Mark is a solicitor of 30 years calling. After Oxford, Mark trained and worked in Lincolns Inn. He is a former partner with Bond Pearce and now specialises in development, landlord and tenant and enfranchisement matters. His clients include a number of significant commercial and residential developers and investors and in the past he has acted for a number of governmental and public institutes including The Crown Estate (Marine Division), the National Trust, English Heritage, Associated British Ports and St John Ambulance.

Chris uniquely spent his earlier career in the industry and progressed from site carpenter to site management then into the office as surveyor/contracts manager before qualifying as a solicitor in 2001. Distinctively qualified as a solicitor and chartered building consultant Chris draws on construction industry expertise and delivers legal representation with the highest degree of integrity to deliver no-nonsense results that clients in the industry deserve.

After training in London with Winward Fearon, David qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He joined South Coast firm Glanvilles in their conveyancing department becoming a senior associate. He moved to join regional firm Battens to modernise their conveyancing department in 2001. He became a partner in 2003. In 2005, he co-founded the current firm and now acts as managing Director following the restructure in 2008.
