Apprenticeship Overview

bpl are inviting applications for Legal Administration Pathway Apprenticeships and our very successful Business Administration Pathway Apprenticeship, which we have run for a number of years, partnered with Kingston Maurward College and Yeovil College, of Level 2 and 3 Business Administration.

Designed to help springboard you into a successful career within the legal world, the Legal Pathway Apprenticeship offers the opportunity to join bpl as a Trainee Legal Administrator, if you are school leaver. bpl pathway legal apprenticeship will teach you the skills you will need to work in a legal environment within a national conveyancing firm.

Whether you choose the Legal or Business Administration route, within your chosen pathway you will learn and experience a lot - through interesting work, close client contact and a supportive and friendly team. Aside from your studies, our structured in-house training programme will teach you everything from how to use the photocopier to opening new client accounts. This will be your pathway into a successful career, be it law or business administration

What can I expect?

If you are one of the ambitious people we're looking for, here's what you can expect. To begin with, you'll learn the ropes as an office assistant, and - from your first day - you'll be assigned a friendly, helpful mentor who will support you and give a solid introduction to the legal world. Before too long you'll be talking the language and finding your way around the heart of business. At that point you'll begin your studies. A bpl training programme is much more than just a job, it offers you the opportunity to gain nationally recognised qualifications within a legal environment, without fees and loans, and provides you the start a very promising - and rewarding career. We will fund your qualification alongside the day job and we're looking for committed young people who could become our stars of the future.
