We are supported in all Company Commercial matters by Melanie Shuldham. Melanie was initially called to the Bar in 1984 becoming a solicitor
in 1991. She practised in London and Bristol before joining regional firm
Battens where she headed up its company commercial team. She has experience in a
wide range of corporate and commercial work, from business start ups through
acquisitions, restructures and mergers to floatations.
